Epic Application Analyst - Oklahoma

Job Summary

To support the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the full-time Epic Application Analyst - Oklahoma will provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patches, to ensure system stability and security
• Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required; Epic implementation experience preferred
• Epic certification in the specified area required; multiple Epic certifications preferred
