Epic Application Analyst Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Epic Application Analyst Trainer will design and deliver educational solutions for HIM/Identity, collaborating with stakeholders and translating complex workflows into learner-focused experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide testing and documentation of workflows, addressing technical issues related to the application
• Create and execute test scripts for new system builds and implement system updates, communicating changes to users
• Coordinate training materials and schedules for super users and end users while engaging with all stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of healthcare, Epic, training, or application support experience
• Epic HIM Certification and Epic Identity Certification
• Experience developing and delivering Epic training programs in collaboration with operational leaders
• Experience creating adult learning materials and facilitating various training sessions
