Job Summary
Providing technical support and application management, the full-time Epic Application Analyst - Utah Licensed will work remotely to support healthcare applications, ensuring optimal performance and configuration while collaborating with stakeholders and managing small projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions, and document workflow changes and technical designs to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with external vendors for third-party application support, and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
Required qualifications
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification and experience supporting healthcare EHR systems
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Two years of work experience in a related area, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Project
- Ability to maintain certifications on one or more Epic applications
