Epic Application Coordinator

Job Summary

Bringing expertise in Epic configuration, the full-time remote Epic Application Coordinator will design, configure, and validate applications while facilitating complex system enhancements and resolving issues related to Care Management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Care Management workflows and integration through Payer Platform and Healthy Planet
• Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades
• Create detailed documentation, including system design, procedures, and project plans

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Epic Configuration
• Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
• Epic certification is required, preferably in Healthy Planet or Payer Platform
• Experience implementing Care Management workflows including Compass Rose, Healthy Planet, and Payer Platform
• Understanding of the Agile process and task management
