Epic Application Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance patient care and operational efficiency, the full-time Epic Application Coordinator will implement, support, and optimize the Epic electronic health record system while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, with the potential for remote work based on experience and departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee system configuration, customization, and maintenance to align with organizational workflows
• Provide end-user support, addressing system issues and collaborating on training program design
• Analyze and document workflows to identify optimization opportunities within assigned systems

Required qualifications

• Must obtain appropriate Epic certification within 3 months of hire
• Education in a relevant field of expertise is desired
• Clinical and/or operational experience preferred based on application
