Epic Application Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of Epic application interfaces, the full-time Application Coordinator I will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure reliable healthcare data exchange and successful system enhancements, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence 1-2 days per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Epic applications and interfaces
• Participate in system testing, validation, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare operations or information technology
• Ability to obtain Epic certification in assigned module(s) within 120 days of hire
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical/business operations
• Experience with healthcare information systems preferred
