Job Summary
To support healthcare delivery improvements, the full-time remote Epic Application Coordinator will implement and maintain CRM workflows, facilitate application enhancements, and analyze complex system issues while collaborating with training teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CRM workflows within the Epic system
- Facilitate complex application and system enhancements or upgrades
- Create detailed documentation for system design, procedures, and project plans
Required qualifications
- Epic certification is highly preferred, ideally in Cheers CRM
- Experience implementing CRM workflows in healthcare organizations
- Two years of operational experience in a clinical or healthcare business operations setting or in Information Technology
- 2+ years of experience configuring an Epic application
- Understanding of the Agile process and task management
