Epic Application Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting clinical applications related to inpatient workflows, the remote contract Epic Application Engineer will provide hands-on support and configuration for Inpatient Orders and Bugsy modules, ensuring system stability and seamless clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Epic application support and configuration build for Inpatient Orders and Bugsy modules
• Manage day-to-day support operations, ensuring system stability and seamless clinical workflows
• Coordinate tasks and delivery with offshore team members while managing client stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Epic application support/build experience, specifically with Inpatient Orders and Bugsy
• Current, active Epic Clinical certification(s) in relevant inpatient clinical applications
• 4+ years of experience managing support operations and client communication in a healthcare IT environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
