Job Summary
To support the implementation of Epic clinical applications, the full-time Epic Application Specialist Associate will work remotely while managing user requests, documenting workflows, and assisting with testing and training, with occasional on-site troubleshooting required.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with users and leadership to modify procedures and enhance the functionality of Epic applications
- Documents workflows, specifications, and user manuals while maintaining product documentation and quality control standards
- Participates in testing, user training, and post-implementation support, tracking project progress and addressing user issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain EPIC certification(s) within 6 months
- Basic knowledge of computer operating platforms and applications software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
