Epic Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Sr. Epic Application Systems Analyst will manage the implementation, testing, and maintenance of application software while collaborating with operational stakeholders to meet clinical and business information system needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and project management guidelines
• Develop and maintain partnerships with operational staff, serving as a subject matter advisor for application-related inquiries
• Investigate application issues, troubleshoot configurations, and participate in critical incident response as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve certification as required by the department
• Three years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Able to act independently with minimal oversight and mentor less experienced team members
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
