Epic Application Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr Epic Application Systems Analyst will manage the selection, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of application software to meet clinical or business information system needs while collaborating with operational stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and project management guidelines
- Develop and maintain partnerships with operational staff, serving as a subject matter advisor for application-related questions
- Investigate application and system configuration issues, developing and implementing effective system fixes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) or ability to achieve as required by the department
- 3 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Able to act independently with minimal oversight and serve as a mentor to less experienced team members
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
