EPIC Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst to join their Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and seeks solutions to improve workflow and processes
• Evaluates systems, prepares analysis of alternatives, and implements enhancements
• Consults with clinical and administrative staff to support application usage and improve patient safety

Required Qualifications

• EPIC Healthy Planet & Compass Rose certification and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical assessment, protocol development, and project management preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative operations and core process flows
• ITIL course completion required within one year of hire
