Epic Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Providing Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients, the full-time remote Advisory Willow Epic Applications Analyst will configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare workflows and ensure system compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and document business requirements to recommend and implement system enhancements
• Support clients with Tier 2 and Tier 3 maintenance and issue resolution, including after-hours on-call support as needed
• Collaborate with team members to build, test, and implement new workflows and policies while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare-related certification, or equivalent experience
• Epic certification with the ability to support in three or more applications
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
• Expert knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with Pump Integration is required
