Epic Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the optimization of virtual visit platforms, the full-time Senior Epic Applications Analyst will manage the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Epic EHR applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of workflows and system functionality to design and optimize complex Epic IT solutions
• Resolve advanced, cross-functional application-related issues, acting as a primary technical resource for assigned Epic modules
• Collaborate with teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective Epic system designs, ensuring quality and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Epic applications
• Epic certification is required
• Experience with Virtual Care and In Room Camera Integration
• Minimum of two years of experience in full lifecycle implementations
