Epic Applications Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of Epic modules, the full-time Epic Applications Analyst II will configure, test, and support clinical, financial, or administrative applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage problem tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of application errors and system issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configuration and conduct testing prior to production implementation
• Develop and maintain documentation outlining standard operating and support procedures

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience with the relevant application or module
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Experience as a project team member on large-scale projects
• Epic training and certification in the assigned application area
