Epic Applications Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of enterprise clinical application portfolios, the full-time salaried Epic Applications Director will optimize and manage Epic and third-party clinical systems to enhance patient care delivery across various settings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate clinical priorities into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Provide strategic leadership for Epic applications, maintaining a deep understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop leadership teams to ensure effective delivery of application services and support for clinical operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Epic certification in multiple modules relevant to portfolio responsibilities and ITIL Foundation Certification (within 6 months of hire)
• A minimum of seven years of combined IT/Healthcare experience, including at least three years managing Epic applications
