Job Summary

Overseeing the management and strategy of Epic applications, the full-time remote Epic Applications Manager will lead a team in software installations, upgrades, and performance management while collaborating with internal and external leaders to drive initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administration and strategy of the Epic application, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Lead a team responsible for software installations, upgrades, and configuration enhancements
• Evaluate issues and opportunities, making decisions or escalating to leadership as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in Epic functionality and design, with two years in progressive leadership roles
• Current or lapsed Epic Certification or Accreditation is required
