Epic Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Epic Applications Systems Analyst will implement and support clinical and business applications, ensuring alignment with business processes while managing project deliverables and technical troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Works on cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are completed within project scope and management guidelines
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to evaluate and configure application features, including security settings
• Investigates and resolves issues related to application configuration, participating in ticket triage and critical incident response

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve them as required by the department
• Experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs) is preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Team player with strong problem-solving and time management skills
