Job Summary
To support ambulatory surgery operations, the full-time Epic ASAP Analyst will manage ticket resolution, troubleshoot interface failures, and implement build changes in a remote contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an extension of a client's Epic team, ensuring day-to-day stability and improvements in the Bridges Interfaces application
- Triage and resolve incoming tickets, clarifying issues and moving them through to resolution
- Deliver small optimization projects to enhance reliability and efficiency for the client's teams
Required qualifications
- Current Epic certification in ASAP
- 2+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end ASAP analyst work, including problem solving and solution implementation
- Deep specialization in ASAP with a willingness to grow into other Epic areas
- Experience working in regulated environments where consistency and traceability are crucial
- Strong ownership and reliability in managing tasks and communicating status
