• Collaborate with the Epic analyst team to provide developer-level support
• Optimize system performance by applying knowledge of emergency department applications and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the ASAP module

Required Qualifications

• Epic ASAP Certification (required)
• Extensive experience with emergency department workflows and clinical application support
• Ability to manage complex issues independently
• Experience in implementing application enhancements to improve efficiency
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure
