Job Summary
To support IT Care Connect initiatives, the full-time Epic ASAP System Analyst will build applications to meet user requirements, perform quality control of implementations, and diagnose software issues, primarily working remotely within the DFW area.
Key responsibilities
- Build applications to optimize workflows and meet user requirements
- Conduct quality control of application implementations and provide ongoing maintenance support
- Diagnose software failures and participate in the resolution of issues related to applications and technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (preferred)
- 4 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree (required)
- Epic Certification within 6 months (required)
- Epic build experience (highly preferred)
- Epic ASAP Certification (preferred)
