Job Summary
To support healthcare IT initiatives, the remote Cadence/Prelude Prior Authorization-Referrals Analyst will manage Epic workflows related to patient access and financial assistance while collaborating with stakeholders to analyze operational needs and develop effective solutions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support Epic workflows related to Cadence, Prelude, Authorization/Certification, and Financial Assistance
- Analyze operational needs and assist with the development of effective Epic solutions
- Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements
Required qualifications
- Current Epic Authorization/Certification certification
- Current Epic Cadence/Prelude certification
- Experience working with Epic patient access and related financial assistance workflows
- Ability to analyze operational requirements and support Epic application needs
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
