Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Epic Beaker Analyst will support the Community Connect Team by managing Beaker application configurations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and configure the Beaker application to meet organizational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Beaker system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and user experience

Required qualifications

• Experience with Epic Beaker application and its functionalities
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and laboratory processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Relevant certifications in Epic systems preferred
• Proven experience in a similar analyst role or IT support position
