Job Summary
Supporting the build and optimization of the Beaker Anatomic Pathology application, the full-time Epic Beaker Analyst will manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote capacity, while ensuring reliable specimen tracking and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst for the build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of AP workflows
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot AP laboratory equipment integrated with Beaker AP
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize specimen collection and routing workflows feeding into Pathology
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operational areas or 7 years without a degree
- Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of training completion if not prior to hire
- Working knowledge of Anatomic Pathology workflows and laboratory information systems
- Experience installing and troubleshooting AP laboratory equipment
