Job Summary

Supporting a 2-year project focused on a Beaker add-on implementation, the remote Epic Senior Analyst will manage the implementation and maintenance of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system while collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet contract objectives for Epic EHR software
• Provide advanced guidance to improve system performance and enhance user experience
• Document Epic EHR system configurations, workflows, and processes for accessibility to users

Required qualifications

• Epic AP certification or CP certification with a proven track record in implementations and optimizations
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
