Epic Beaker Analyst II

Job Summary

Providing expert support for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the full-time Epic Beaker Analyst II will resolve complex technical issues, offer day-to-day user support, and lead system optimization efforts while working remotely from specified states in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors to ensure minimal disruption to patient care
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system errors for uninterrupted EHR usage
• Lead optimization efforts for the EHR system, leveraging knowledge of functionalities and user workflows to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required; Epic Implementation experience preferred
• Epic 'Beaker' certification or accreditation required; multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows
• Experience with cross-application integration knowledge and proficiency in desktop tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
