Epic Beaker Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications, the full-time remote Epic Beaker Application Analyst will manage application lifecycles, configure systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolutions
• Configure, test, install, implement, and maintain healthcare applications and workflows
• Manage small projects related to application technologies and document necessary workflow changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
• Two years of work experience in a related area or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
• Epic Beaker CP certification or accreditation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
