Epic Beaker Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support the deployment and management of the Maestro Care (Epic) Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the Beaker module, the full-time remote Epic Beaker Application Analyst will be responsible for application development, testing, and providing post-implementation support while collaborating with end-users and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the deployment, testing, and documentation of Epic applications, ensuring they meet end-user requirements
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues to support application design and build decisions
- Provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system production issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field or four years of equivalent technical experience
- Current Epic Beaker certification or ability to complete certification within a defined timeline
- One to two years of related experience for Level 1; three to five years for Level 2, with Clinical Laboratory experience required
- Proficiency in application support and implementation of information systems
- Knowledge of project management and quality assurance processes
