Epic Beaker Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support the deployment and management of the Maestro Care (Epic) Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the Beaker module, the full-time remote Epic Beaker Application Analyst will be responsible for development, testing, and post-implementation support while collaborating with users and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the deployment, testing, and support of the Maestro Care Beaker application, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members, developing educational materials and documentation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues, recommending process improvements and ensuring system functionality meets user requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field or four years of equivalent technical experience
- Epic proficiency in application support required within the defined timeline
- One to two years of related experience for Level 1; three to five years of experience for Level 2, with clinical laboratory experience strongly recommended
- Ability to develop and document system and user procedures
- Experience with project management and quality assurance processes
