Epic Beaker/Willow Project Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in overcoming complex challenges, the full-time hybrid Epic Beaker/Willow Project Manager will drive strategic process improvements and manage intricate projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Epic Beaker and Willow implementations, ensuring successful project delivery
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust

Required qualifications

• Epic certifications in Beaker AP, Beaker CP, Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Inventory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
