Epic Billing Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst - Epic Billing Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core functions of billing applications to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
• Implement and administer the Epic Resolute billing module and address complex issues independently
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and coordinate with IT teams for application support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Epic Resolute Certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with at least 2 major Epic upgrades or implementations is preferred
• Knowledge of Epic software and clinical operations in a healthcare setting
