Epic Bridges Certified Analyst

Job Summary

To support a consolidated enterprise-wide Epic environment, the remote contract Epic Bridges Certified Analyst will design, build, and troubleshoot real-time HL7 interfaces connecting Epic with various clinical vendor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy real-time HL7 interfaces using InterSystems Ensemble/IRIS and Epic Bridges
• Provide tier-3 production support and troubleshooting for interface failures and data discrepancies in a high-volume Epic environment
• Collaborate with clinical application teams and external vendors to integrate specialized systems and manage interface performance

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Bridges Certification is mandatory
• Preferred certification or formal training in InterSystems Ensemble, Health Connect, or IRIS
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and configuring interfaces within Epic Bridges
• Proven experience building and supporting real-time interfaces using InterSystems Ensemble
• Direct interface build and support experience across at least two clinical domains such as Radiology, Cardiology, Document Management, or Clinical Communications
