Epic Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Epic-focused) to support large hospital clients through data-driven reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complex deliverables in Excel and complete target-to-source mappings for data pipelines
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Respond to ad hoc client requests and partner with delivery teams to troubleshoot data-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an analytics or reporting-focused role
• Hands-on experience with Epic in a hospital or revenue cycle environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Experience working with healthcare or hospital clients
• Proven ability to independently run reports and analyze trends
