Epic Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Epic Business Intelligence Analyst Sr will partner with the business to transform data into critical insights, develop reporting and analytic solutions, and promote data literacy among users while utilizing Epic certifications in Cogito Fundamentals, Clarity Data Model, and Caboodle Data Model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain self-service reporting assets, utilizing ETL processes for data warehouse management
• Translate business program needs into technical solutions, creating data sources, metrics, and automation from various reporting tools and databases
• Provide advanced analytics and troubleshooting support while guiding less experienced Business Intelligence Developers in workflow knowledge

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Epic certifications in Cogito Fundamentals, Clarity Data Model, and Caboodle Data Model
• Strong experience in programming and reporting tools
• Knowledge of workflows in multiple business areas to support data development and analytics
