Epic Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven healthcare organization, the full-time Epic Business Intelligence Developer will build reports and dashboards using Epic tools, translate business needs into insights, and deliver automated reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build reports, dashboards, and data products using Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles)
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Deliver automated reporting and support analytics catalog and data governance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, or analytics
• Epic reporting experience required (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle)
• Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and visualization
• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions
• Epic Cogito and Clarity/Caboodle certifications are a plus or willingness to pursue them
