Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst responsible for supporting Patient Access workflows through Epic Cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic EHR and third-party applications
• Collect requirements for system enhancements and implement requested changes
• Participate in module implementations, upgrades, and provide support for system patches and version upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle operations or Information Technology
• Experience with Electronic Health Records, patient throughput, and billing required
• Epic certification in Cadence or other assigned modules required
• Advanced understanding of application software development and healthcare regulatory needs
