Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst to support an active Epic implementation and mentor the existing Cadence analyst team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for Cadence build during implementation and guide system design decisions
• Mentor current Cadence analysts on build standards, workflow design, and troubleshooting
• Configure and optimize scheduling templates, blocks, visit types, and rules

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Epic Cadence and scheduling workflows
• Strong governance discipline and knowledge of best practices
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members
• Ability to conduct build reviews and quality assurance assessments
• Background in settings prioritizing behavioral health is preferred
