Job Summary
As a full-time remote Epic Cadence Analyst, the successful candidate will configure and optimize scheduling tools, manage client tickets, and support project work to enhance patient access in healthcare systems.
Key responsibilities
- Review and work on open tickets, coordinating changes with client teams and Epic IT
- Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including decision trees and automation workflows
- Support the optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows and create reports to monitor performance
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with knowledge of scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration
- Active Epic Cadence certification is required
- Working knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows
- Ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build without step-by-step direction
- Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
