Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Epic Cadence Analyst, the successful candidate will configure and optimize scheduling tools, manage client tickets, and support project work to enhance patient access in healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and work on open tickets, coordinating changes with client teams and Epic IT
• Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including decision trees and automation workflows
• Support the optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows and create reports to monitor performance

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with knowledge of scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration
• Active Epic Cadence certification is required
• Working knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows
• Ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build without step-by-step direction
• Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
