Job Summary

Collaborating with clinic partners, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical support for EPIC Cadence provider template design and builds while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, create, and build scheduling templates in the EPIC Cadence system to enhance throughput and access
  • Provide consulting services on template build best practices and fulfill management requests with high customer service
  • Identify access barriers related to templates and recommend design improvements to optimize scheduling workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a related role
  • Epic Certification (EPICCERT) within 120 days of hire
  • Familiarity with Patient Access concepts and strategies
  • Working knowledge of Scott and White workflows preferred
