Job Summary
Collaborating with clinic partners, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical support for EPIC Cadence provider template design and builds while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, create, and build scheduling templates in the EPIC Cadence system to enhance throughput and access
- Provide consulting services on template build best practices and fulfill management requests with high customer service
- Identify access barriers related to templates and recommend design improvements to optimize scheduling workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in a related role
- Epic Certification (EPICCERT) within 120 days of hire
- Familiarity with Patient Access concepts and strategies
- Working knowledge of Scott and White workflows preferred
