Job Summary

To support a Hospital Connect team, the contract Epic Cadence/Grand Central Analyst will build and configure Epic workflows, assist with patient access operations, and provide cross-functional support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and support Epic Cadence and/or Grand Central workflows
  • Support patient access operations, including scheduling, registration, and ADT
  • Troubleshoot issues and support production and optimization efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cadence and/or Grand Central certification
  • 4+ years of Epic build experience
  • Experience with patient access workflows, including scheduling, registration, and ADT
  • Ability to work independently
