Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Epic Cadence Analyst II will align technology solutions with business strategies, proactively identify opportunities for technology application in business processes, and serve as a technical liaison with various vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes
• Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services between customers and IT personnel
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT teams

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working with IT
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Understanding of project management concepts and experience in implementing multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
