Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cadence Analyst will support MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows, collaborating across integrated Epic applications while maintaining a schedule of M-F from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Key responsibilities:

• Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling
• Manage referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and referral templates
• Act as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives, collaborating with various Epic applications

Required qualifications:

• Epic Referral & Authorization certification required
• Epic MyChart certification required
• Experience with MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows
• Experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows preferred
• Strong analytical and workflow design skills
