Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

To support Epic scheduling and patient access initiatives, the full-time Cadence Analyst will serve as the primary analyst for MyChart Scheduling and Referral workflows, collaborating with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support MyChart self-scheduling initiatives, including workflow optimization, configuration, and ongoing support
• Design and maintain Epic Referral and Authorization workflows, ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Collaborate with integrated Epic application teams to analyze business requirements and develop workflow solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience with MyChart self-scheduling workflows and referral/authorization workflows
• Proven skills in gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and testing Epic system enhancements
• Epic Referral & Authorization certification and Epic MyChart certification
• Experience in supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows is preferred
• Strong analytical and workflow design skills
