Job Summary

Supporting Epic Systems applications remotely, the contract Cadence Analyst will manage MyChart scheduling, referral and authorization workflows, and provide Ambulatory order support for healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MyChart scheduling and referral workflows within Epic Cadence
• Support authorization processes and Ambulatory order functions
• Collaborate on cross-module Epic integrations to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience with Epic Cadence, MyChart, and Referral & Authorization modules
• Strong workflow design and analytical skills
• Background in healthcare operations
• Associate-level experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
