Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

To support business strategies, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst II will align technology solutions with business processes, serve as a technical liaison with vendors, and proactively identify opportunities for technology application while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and advise on technology solutions to improve business processes
• Serve as a technical liaison between customer management and IT personnel
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Epic Cadence Certification required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working with IT
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Understanding of project management concepts and experience in managing multiple projects
