Job Summary

To support the design and optimization of Epic scheduling workflows, the full-time remote Epic Application Analyst - Cadence will manage the build, configuration, and maintenance of Epic Cadence while collaborating with clinical teams to enhance patient access and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the build, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Cadence
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access
  • Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cadence Certification required
  • 3+ years of Epic application analyst experience
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of patient access, ambulatory scheduling, and healthcare operations
  • Experience with system testing and workflow design
