Job Summary
To support the design and optimization of Epic scheduling workflows, the full-time remote Epic Application Analyst - Cadence will manage the build, configuration, and maintenance of Epic Cadence while collaborating with clinical teams to enhance patient access and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the build, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Cadence
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification required
- 3+ years of Epic application analyst experience
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of patient access, ambulatory scheduling, and healthcare operations
- Experience with system testing and workflow design
