Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the optimization of application configurations, the full-time Epic Senior Analyst, Cadence/Referrals will implement, build, and modify complex applications while collaborating with stakeholders and junior staff in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and functionality
• Serves as the primary support contact for application end-users and resolves application issues
• Initiates design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application, including testing and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
• Epic Cadence/Referrals Certification
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
• Proficient in using office software and relevant computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
