Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise healthcare client, the contract Epic Cadence Analyst will work remotely to provide expertise in Epic Patient Access applications, collaborating with end users to design, build, and enhance scheduling and registration workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide design, build, and testing expertise for Epic Cadence and Prelude modules
• Collaborate with Patient Access users to improve workflows related to scheduling, registration, and patient throughput
• Lead software upgrade initiatives and mentor team members on Epic functionality and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Epic Patient Access applications
• Ability to lead and manage medium to large complexity projects
• Knowledge of operational workflows and system optimization
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
