Epic Cadence Analyst
Job Summary
To support a large East Coast health system, the remote Senior Cadence Analyst will conduct scheduling assessments and augment the Cadence team, requiring strong Epic Cadence and Referrals expertise for two separate contract roles.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a scheduling assessment, including analysis of provider utilization and slot availability
- Support standard Cadence functions and collaborate with existing analysts to optimize scheduling workflows
- Analyze and interpret Epic reports and dashboards to identify areas for improvement in scheduling processes
Required qualifications
- Epic Certifications: Cadence and Referrals (required)
- 10+ years of Epic experience with Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, and related modules
- Strong background in workflow analysis, scheduling optimization, and decision tree configuration
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret Epic reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders
