Job Summary

To support healthcare systems in optimizing patient scheduling, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and manage scheduling tools, handle client tickets, and collaborate on cross-functional projects in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including ticket generation rules and waitlist automation
  • Review and manage open tickets, coordinating with client teams and Epic IT to implement changes
  • Contribute to project work across Comprehensive Scheduling and provide technical guidance to client staff
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with expertise in scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration
  • Active Epic Cadence certification is required
  • Familiarity with Epic Referrals workflows and the ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build
  • Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize across multiple tasks and projects
