Job Summary
To support healthcare systems in optimizing patient scheduling, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and manage scheduling tools, handle client tickets, and collaborate on cross-functional projects in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including ticket generation rules and waitlist automation
- Review and manage open tickets, coordinating with client teams and Epic IT to implement changes
- Contribute to project work across Comprehensive Scheduling and provide technical guidance to client staff
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with expertise in scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration
- Active Epic Cadence certification is required
- Familiarity with Epic Referrals workflows and the ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build
- Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize across multiple tasks and projects
